Why has the WebCentral website changed?

At WebCentral, we know that the Internet is constantly changing, and is a very different place from when we first helped people go online back in 1997. More importantly, we understand that our customers work in fast-paced industries, and their needs change too. To ensure that we can continue to offer the best solutions to suit our customers' needs, we've made some changes to the products we sell. We've also updated our look and feel along with it.

What happened to the old product range like domains and web hosting?

We haven't changed our existing products, they're just not advertised on our website any more. You can still purchase the full range of products by logging in to your account. If you have any questions, you can call our support team on 1800 800 099 and they will be happy to help.

I am a WebCentral partner — what happens to me?

There will be no change to WebCentral partners. You can still purchase and provision our existing products for yourself and your customers. If you are interested in our new managed solutions* for your business — web design, search engine marketing or social media — simply call our dedicated partner support team on 1800 662 226. * Please note that these new solutions are not for resale to your customers.

What if I have an old product and I want to upgrade to something new?
