What to look for in a course

Not all courses may be suited to what your business needs. When reviewing courses, here are a few things to consider:

  • Are the teachers still active in their industry? This ensures you get the most up to date knowledge.
  • What are the defined outcomes? The outcomes of the course should add value to your business and not just be a ‘nice to know’.
  • Is it suited to your schedule? We know that small business owners are often time poor. Do you have 5 weeks to commit to learning? If not, short online courses or one off workshops may be a better option for you.
