WebCentral encourages Partners to create their own unique pricing levels, as opposed to mimicking our recommended retail pricing. We recognise that you are providing a value-added service to your customers that they might not necessarily receive if they were a direct customer of WebCentral.
There are significant volume-based financial rewards on offer for Partners who service their customers' web hosting needs through WebCentral. These rewards are designed around a percentage (%) discount structure based on WebCentral's recommended retail pricing (RRP).
The discount system applies to all of the WebCentral web hosting products that you resell to your customer base. These include: shared and dedicated web hosting, set-up fees, and our vast range of hosting add-on products.
Depending upon the amount of sales you achieve each month with WebCentral (calculated using WebCentral's RRP, not your discounted rate), you are assigned a Partner Level which determines your discount rate, as detailed in the matrix below.

However, due to third party licensing arrangements, not all WebCentral products can be included in the above tiered discount structure. See below for which products this applies to and their alternative discounts (if any):
- Domain Name Registration: Special Partner rates for registration of certain domain name types
- Excess Data Traffic and Storage: Flat 10% across all Partner Levels
- Managed Exchange Premium Email Services: Varying discounts of between 10 - 25% depending on the Managed Exchange product options sold
- Promotions Manager: Flat 10% across all Partner Levels
- Broadband DSL services: Flat 10% across all Partner Levels
Importantly, the more business you do as a WebCentral Partner increases the financial rewards that you can achieve. The evaluation of your WebCentral sales occurs on a monthly basis and should you surpass your Partner Level revenue bracket, you will start to receive the new higher level discount in the following month. For many businesses, this can provide a new 'recurring' revenue stream.
Shared Hosting Plans - Premium Features Exclusively for Partners
One of the other great benefits about being a WebCentral Partner and servicing your customers' web hosting needs through WebCentral is that all Partners receive premium allocations for traffic and storage, which can translate into greater value for money for your end customers.
These special Partner allocations apply to all of the plans in our shared hosting range (ie. Economy, Business, Professional, Premier and Premier Advantage), as well as the Premier G and Education hosting plans.

Web Hosting Reseller - Referral Program
WebCentral fields regular enquiries from the business community with requests for web development services (ie. 'build me a web site'). WebCentral's first priority is to ensure that these new customers receive web development services that are in line with their requirements, and that those enquires are then translated into new hosting accounts with WebCentral.
As a web hosting provider, WebCentral does not take any responsibility for the web development services that are eventually delivered to these business leads. Instead, our practice is to qualify these enquiries and put these new customers in contact with a number of the 'best fit' Partners based on the customers' specific requirements.
This lead generation service is provided to all Silver and Gold Level Partners as a gesture of goodwill and reward for their loyalty and significant custom to WebCentral. The qualification process is based around specific work 'type', geographical location, and approximate budget.
Upon the successful qualification and 'matching to WebCentral Partners' of a business lead, the short-listed Partners receive the contact details of the business lead and the business lead receives the company name and contact details of the list of WebCentral Partners. The short list is randomly selected if the number of suitable Partners exceeds three.
Flexibility - Web Hosting Reseller
The underlying premise of the WebCentral Partner Program is that our relationship is with you as a Partner, and not with your customers. It is your business which has the relationship with your clients, regardless of the fact that WebCentral is providing the hosting and support services. We have a policy of disclosing information only to nominated contacts of the Partner business (unless using our Rebate Billing method and in other special circumstances).
However, as all successful 'reseller' or 'channel' programs have to be flexible, the WebCentral Partner Program has also been designed to allow you to decide whether you want your customers to know that it is WebCentral providing their hosting services or if you want to claim these services as your own.
