How do I login to Mission Control?

From the WebCentral homepage, click on Login at the top of the screen. Click the Mission Control login tab, on the left. You will need to log in with your Username and Password. You can find this information in your Welcome Letter.

  • If you are Legacy customer, your username will look like: vs******.
  • If you are a MCAM customer, your username will look like: admin_vs*****.

Enter your credentials, then click Login.

How do I login to webmail?

If you're away from your computer and need to check for any new emails, you can do this through a system known as webmail.

To begin, click here. Enter your email address and mailbox password and then click Submit.

Remember, for a POP mailbox, any mail that you have received on your computer should not be stored on the server. You will only see mail here that has been sent to you since the last time you downloaded mail to your computer.

What are WebCentral settings for POP mail?

When you go to setup your POP mailbox in an email client such as Outlook or MacMail, you will be prompted to include some settings to get everything connected.

Enter your account details as follows:

  • Your Name: Your name as you'd like it to appear on emails you send
  • Email Address: Your email address
  • Account Type: POP3
  • Incoming mail server: This will be dependent on your account type:
    • Legacy: pop.bne.server-mail.com
    • MCAM: exchange.server-secure.com
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): This will be provided by the company that provides your actual Internet connection.
  • User Name: Your email address
  • Password: Your mailbox password (available via Mission Control)

Your outgoing mail is sent through your ISP's mail server. A list of SMTP servers for common ISP's is available here.

How do I setup Microsoft Exchange on my computer?

Setting up your Exchange mailbox is now a very simple process, thanks to something called the autodiscover DNS record. If you have not added this record to your domain’s zone file, you’ll need to do this first.

Please call us on 1800 800 099, and we can set this up for you, and get your email up and running via alternate means, assuming we host your DNS.

If you have your DNS hosted externally, you’ll need to add the record yourself:

  • Legacy customers: autodiscover-redirect.server-secure.com.
  • MCAM customers: autodiscover.server-secure.com.

Once you have this record setup, open your email client. If you are adding the mailbox for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your name, email address and mailbox password. Enter these details, and the autodiscover record will take care of the rest. The mailbox will then be setup automatically.

How do I make a payment?

You can choose to pay outstanding invoices using a variety of methods. All of our payment methods are outlined on each invoice you receive. For your convenience, we'll outline them here, as well.

Mission Control

You can make a secure online payment with a credit card via your Mission Control portal.

BPay

Your BPay reference number will be unique to your account and can be found on your bill, in the bottom-left corner of the first page.

What are my FTP details?

File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is a process by which you can transfer files from one place, to another. For example, you can use it to move files from your computer, onto WebCentral servers.

Below, you’ll find the details you’ll need in order to complete this:

Legacy Settings:

  • Host name: ftp.yourdomain.com. (This will require your domain name to be delegated to our name servers. If your domain is not delegated, please contact our support team, who can provide you with a temporary URL that you can use for FTP prior to delegation.)
  • Username: Your VS Number.
  • Password: Your Mission Control password.
  • Port: 21

MCAM Settings:

  • Host name: swp0001mgt.server-web.com
  • User name: admin@vs*****.mcsm-only.com
  • Password: Your Mission Control password.
  • Port: 21
