Options and Pricing for Premium Email Hosting
Our email hosting packages come packaged with options and features that will save you time and keep you in touch with your customers.
There are three ways to access a Managed Exchange mailbox:
- PC Access - Using the full version of Microsoft® Outlook software (supplied by WebCentral) loaded onto a PC or laptop.
- Web Access - Using Outlook Web Access (OWA) through a web browser on any internet-connected PC or laptop.
- Mobile Device Access - Using a GPRS-enabled device like a Smartphone, BlackBerry, a PDA that runs the Microsoft 'Pocket PC' operating system, or mobile phones with WAP 2.0 enabled.
WebCentral has created five mailbox product options to select from, based on the above access methods and the functionality and storage space requirements of your business email hosting:
- Managed Exchange PC & Web Access Ultra - Lets you utilise all of the access methods mentioned above, with a generous 2GB data storage allocation.
- Managed Exchange PC & Web Access - Lets you utilise all of the access methods mentioned above.
- Managed Exchange Web Access - Lets you use OWA and Mobile Device Access.
- Managed Exchange Solo Access - Lets you use OWA and Mobile Device Access, but with no sharing capabilities.
- Managed Exchange Basic Access - Lets you use OWA and Mobile Device Access, but with no sharing capabilities and no calendar functionality.

- * Devices and GPRS plan costs are not included. You are responsible for the selection, maintenance and support for your mobile device and GPRS plan to which you connect to this service. Synchronisation via your mobile device with the version of Outlook installed on your PC is only available to customers with MAPI Access (ie. using Managed Exchange PC & Web Access or PC & Web Access Ultra only).
- ^ Excess storage is calculated at company level, based on the combined total of the average daily storage utility of each Managed Exchange mailbox and the Public Folder (if applicable) under the account across the given month.' Excess storage is charged at $0.099 per MB per month.
