Product Terms

  1. By signing up to Broadband 512, you enter into a 12-month contract with a minimum yearly commitment of $959.40 (Business data transfer option) or $1,319.40 (Prosumer data transfer option), which is non-refundable if you terminate the service before the end of the term.
  2. Metro and Regional installation locations are defined by our professional installer, based on your location. This classification is outside WebCentral's control.
  3. DSL may not be available to all customers. The service availability is determined by your local telephone exchange, the physical telephone line and other factors that may be outside WebCentral's control.
  4. A $3.50 account-keeping fee per mailed invoice applies to this product. This fee does not apply if payment is made by auto-debit from credit card.
  5. In respect of the Business data transfer option plan, if your data transfer exceeds the allocated amount per month, a fee of $0.077 per extra MB per month is charged. In respect of the Prosumer data transfer plan, if your data transfer exceeds the allocated amount per month, a fee of $0.18 per extra MB per month is charged.
  6. Additional Static IP Addresses are available upon request. A once-off set-up fee of $30 is applicable per IP Address.
  7. Technical Support for DSL products is only available Monday to Friday, between 6:00am to 9:00pm AEST.
  8. Hardware costs are not included in the monthly DSL and line activation price.
  9. All DSL hardware purchased from WebCentral has a three (3) year manufacturer's warranty.
  10. Technical Support may not be available for hardware not purchased from WebCentral.
